HOPE FOR US

Too late for us now? I sat alone and I spoke out loud. On this darkened afternoon, the windows to my room, a solemn shutter on the world where I used to laugh and dream. For the first time in so long I make my way down to the street and watch the people as they pass. Outside I breathe the air and all around fall shadows of despair. I wonder is there hope for us ,a place where we can all be free. I wonder is there life inside a soul that dies? I wonder is there hope for us to lift me up. I don't know when I'll see the sun again. I'd like to feel alive just one more time Headlines on the floor, today's bitterness is the calling card, the commercial masquerade, the goods all on parade. The needs of life are charming toys. We've gone deaf from all the noise WHen did the rich and powerful elite . Slowly and unnoticed, come and steal our innocense? Entranced - we danced their dance. The stage is set the crowd is on their knees. I wonder is there hope for us, a place where we can all be free. I wonder is there life inside a soul that dies I wonder is there hope for us. We're stranded with no place to go. I'm feeling so alone. I'll try to make my way through one more day.

im back

It's been a long time when I came back to my home-blogger. About 2 or 3 months I don't really remember exactly. yeah, that's just the way time gone by so fastly and throw you out of your beautiful plans. I can tell you I had done nothing but wasting my time in the last 2 months, absolutely nothing. Continue working as a part-time graphic designer for Korean Newspaper where I've totally depressed since 2 months. Maybe changing to part-time position is the best choice for me and I think it's the only right decision I've ever made during 1 year I worked for them. Having time to find my way back to design and do other things that my heart's always yearning : taking new photos, practicing guitar techniques, recording and even trying to draw again. Fortunately, now I don't need to face the terrible traffic in every morning and also have time to stay up late because midnight is good time for me.
I have already joined the second wedding party in my life. It's really nice when you have a chance to meet some old friends and drink beer with them.
Hard times are behind. Here I go again.
From now, I will work harded on improving this place to be frequently updated.

Dalat Spring 2YK8

Travelled to highland for 2 times in Spring. The first one was full of walking, eating and taking photos for friends so I didn't have much time to take photos on my own. The second one was better : went around alone and took photos.

Nightfall's flower

I didn't used any kind of tripod in this case, night's falling and the light along the Xuan Huong Lake was turned on. My 400D and its 75mm Tamron len extremely hard worked to give me a thing that I was really happy at that time. Though there's still something wrong with the horizon line in this photo ( i don't know whether it's my fault when adjusting the camera's position or due to Dalat's topography ) I still love it so much.

Follow the Sun

Took from Thuy Ta Restaurant ( a nice and elegant coffeshop on the surrounded path of Xuan Huong lake ) . Night's already falled and I took it without a tripod. Enjoy. Attention : this is not a real swan , just a funny boat ( can I use this word to discribe ?) that almostly rent for couple who wanna have some happy time on the lake. It 's really special.

Dancer in the Dark

You can look over the Xuan Huong lake and Dalat center from this place. The cofeeshop so - called Pho Nui ( Mountain's downtown ) is a cool position for someone who wanna take Dalat center from the high place. The coffeeshop's light attracted me much.

Runaway Train

Taken at Dalat raiway station - consider as one of the two oldest steam trains in the world ( another one is in Switzerland ) .

Ads for Resident Newspaper

I've designed many things for Korean resident newspaper as their main designer.
There's almost in Korean character so it can be a little complicated and so strange for someone who's used to read in Latin.

Why Article can be a part of what I wanna show you here ? To be honest, writing is no longer my habit and something I do everyday like I used to. Reviewing music and design, expressing emotion and telling stories of my everyday life. Sometimes, it's gonna be fun and sometimes it's not. Thang is my name, design and rock is my blood and Viet Nam is where I am. Difference is my life. I love every different days in my life. The same days are wasted days.
I like travelling around and take the breaths of our life. Taking photos or designing while listening to rock music is really cool. ( I'm listening to Spannish Metal band Dark Moor while writing down these things. )
